Kirnis leads another good group today
Work needs to get done, roads need to be built, we take off and several days of traveling along the road, we eventually come across some jackals that seem pre occupied with something in the snow, upon reaching our destination elephants blocked the path in which we wished to build. Gau handled this situation as is expected of those Kirnis works with.
The poor elephants had their tusks sawed off, and bodily injuries..
The skies try to be as dangerous as the depths, but still it falls short. The most dangerous thing about this creature is that it can pick you up and drop you, compare that to the denizens that swallow you whole and don’t care what you do inside of it… laughable.
The abominations the land produces tho… nightmares… While the winged monstrosity attacked for food, this Monstrosity was changing winged horses, and a winged creature with the body of a horse? head of a bird? strange creatures.
Katla, wanted to force these creatures to work for her, luckily Kirnis was able to pierce the emotions and talk reason preventing yet another being from becoming a slave..
Perhapes the land does have a sense of humor we found a sign pointing to swamps north of us saying “For those who wish to test my Tricks. . .Come to my Fun House!”
We decided not to test this today as we needed to protect the workers. Our choice proved to be the correct one as a raging lunatic cam bounding from the east wielding a massive two handed sword? axe? swordaxe? it was something….
and it was not alone. Shadows assaulted us, and then began turning it’s allies into shadows. Perhaps we should try negotiating with the inhabitants of an area before we start building.
Beware the Dragon Trees….. talk to Gau for more information….. We tried to make haste back home, but got assaulted by walking rocks, snails that slammed down mace like appendages, Spiders…. It is amazing we actually made it back. BEWARE THE SNAILS.
