OOC: This log is not an official log. I simply needed and wanted the best spot to provide these lyrics honoring the life and death of Isaac as well as the vanishing of many of Artix’s former adventuring companions.

Celeste, druidic demigod and wondrous wife
Isaac, the mighty magical mage of constantly courageous curiosity
Celestia, their daughter

There’s a grief that can’t be spoken,
There’s a pain goes on and on.
Empty chairs at empty tables,
Now my friends are dead or gone.

Here they planned  all our adventures,
Here it was they lit the flame,
Here they sang about tomorrow and tomorrow always came.

From the table in the corner,
They mapped a world reborn,
And they rose with voices ringing,
And I can hear them now
The very words that they argued
Became their last communion
On this lonely barren land, at dawn.

Oh my friends, my friends forgive me
That I live and you are gone
There’s a grief that can’t be spoken,
But the quest goes on and on
Phantom faces at the window,
Phantom shadows on the floor,
Illusioned men at empty tables where my friends discord no more.
Oh my friends, my friends don’t ask me
What your sacrifice was for
Empty chairs at empty tables
Where my friend will cast no more.
