Word got to me that big ear’s was troubled so I swung by the swollen tooth with some pal’s to check up on em’. Turns out the Hill Orc’s (now to be called Horc’s) where in a spot o’ trouble. One of the Sand Orc’s (now to be called Sorc’s) Purple worm’s just ‘Happened’ to dig a tunnel from the Underdark(?) into the Horc’s home, unleashing so much Underdark(?) bullshit on the Horc’s. With no time to spare we teleported us… right into the main hall of the Horc lord, kinda put them on edge. Yah, jumping out and screaming “SURPRISE” might be a bad idea when their under attack. After we smoothed that over we swiftly came to the aid of our allies(?) and traveled miles to where they sealed back the hostile monster. With Gronk’s portable whole, and Peppingtons faithful water elemental Oreopan, we transported the bulk of the team across. While I Ddoor’ed myself and Krul, as to not mix the bag of holding with the portable whole
On the other side we found pool after pool of melt. Melted what I don’t want to think about, but it only seemed to effect “organic” things. We fallow the trail back to a deep whole, one that crainum rats came bursting out of. Swarms of them. We opted to hid and fallow them for the miles, tracking them to a current fight between some Horc’s and some weird thing.

It was like a purple worm but smaller, and with tendrils coming out of its mouth. The thing ate a Horc’ in a single gulp, as we rushed in. With surprise on our side, we leapt into action, freeing the Horc’s for a tactical retreat. We stomped the first one thanks to a liberal application or buff’s, items, and all out attacks. From there the Horc’s told us of a second group of weird worms, and we set off to defeat them too.
The second group would have had the drop on us, but Peppington has out her dire wolf’s Salt and Pepper at the ready. The pair of weirdworms proved to be a much greater challenge, each scrap assaulting your mind directly. In the end we bested the second group, and returned to the pit to collapse it. Back in the Horc’s leaders house he thanked us, especially well when we gave him a magical Warhammer for the upcoming battle. After that we said our good byes, shared a feast, and headed home.
