Travel is simple enough; you can cover around 24 miles (4 map hexes) in a day’s worth of walking
- Light Blue line: Planes, light woods, and other simple terrain Is normal travel pace.
- Pink line: Road travel is faster, and arguably safer, move twice as far for the same effort!
- Red line: Try to cross rivers at bridges!
- Green line: You can try to cross rivers just about anywhere, but it’s very dangerous. Possibly lethal.
Having everyone mounted, or in a wagon with some horses to pull it, lets your travel an addition 6 miles in a day (one hex). Note the +1’s on the Pink and Blue line’s, the doubled travel movement is applied to this bonus also!
Make sure march watch (Perception) and pathfinding (Survival) is handled for each day of travel! One person can do both if necessary.
